LCWRA letter received - what does it mean?

Sorry I'm a bit basic and despite been on UC for over a year I still haven't grasped it.

The outcome letter doesn't say much, like amounts I will receive or when it is paid or what group I am in?

It says "We have decided you have limited capability for work"

Will they need me to supply the fit notes? or Just accept what I have in my journal already?

What amount extra is this? I am assuming it is the higher one?

How long from today (16 July) will it take for the backdated payments to start to be processed?

I believe I began the process on 7 January, I will be paid from around 4 April?

Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Hi, no further Fit Notes are required.

Limited Capability for Work is LCW and doesn't pay any extra money. In this group you will be expected to engage with a work coach for work preparation activities but you can't be forced to apply for jobs.

You can appeal to get LCWRA, focusing on which descriptors you meet.

Ask UC for a copy of the assessors report and go from there.

This is so frustrating, means I have done this for no good reason? Will a MR just mean they look at the decision again? and how long would this take?

There are no set timescales for MR's unfortunately.

Yes, they'll look again at the decision.

Few are changed at that stage, appeal tribunal hearings have a much higher success rate.

I'd personally recommend doing that yes, but it's not absolutely necessary.
