Pip new claim

HHi My mom's claimed pip 3 months ago I posted p2 form they said they never received it since then there's been two txt messages saying your claim is with the assessor? How can they assess her without form?

    I think that she should call and check whether they have the form. They can make a decision without the form but this is unusual.

    I agree. It's definitely worth picking up the phone just to put your mind at rest but I'm sure, it's just that they've received the forms since. 😊
