Hi @Sammy19_19 welcome to the community. Gosh, that's a lot to deal with. Are you now out of hospital and are you receiving any after care or other care support?

I’m really sorry to hear about what you went through. It sounds like it was an incredibly distressing and frightening experience, especially while managing a serious condition like autonomic dysreflexia and needing specific support with transfers and positioning.
Being left in pain and feeling ignored when you need help with essential care must have been very upsetting. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, listened to, and supported with the equipment and assistance they need, particularly in a hospital setting.
If you are still feeling unwell, it may be worth contacting your GP, specialist team, or the service that manages your spinal injury to explain what has happened and get the support you need now. You may also want to consider speaking with the hospital’s Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) if you feel your concerns about your care need to be raised.
I hope you’re able to get the right support and that your health improves soon. Thank you for sharing your experience — it’s important that these issues are heard.
