Oedema exercise
I have an Oedema in both ankles/feet - but due to my total immobility (I cannot walk a single step) what exercise can i do to help ?

Because oedema can have a number of causes, it's important to speak to your GP or another healthcare professional before starting any exercises, especially if the swelling is new, getting worse, or is only affecting one leg. They can assess the cause and advise on the most appropriate treatment, which may include compression, medication, or referral to a physiotherapist for exercises tailored to your mobility or suggest some of the ones on the NHS website that are suitable for you.
As an aside, if you have sudden swelling, severe pain, redness, warmth, or shortness of breath, you should seek urgent medical advice.
