Waiting on work capability but stressed i can give them the results of new mri as it the hospital procedure to see the patient before putting on nhs app which is annoying..i dont have any hobbys and feel limited to what i can do . My symptoms change daily aswell which is frustrating im getting better no im not. Hi @loopeyloop23, welcome to the community. I'm so sorry you're in so much pain at the moment. It's horrible feeling limited and having to adjust your whole life around your pain levels. September must feel like a long way away yet but I hope they're able to give you some answers.

Have work been understanding about what's going on for you? If you're worried about your rights in this situation, ACAS are really helpful. Acas | Making working life better for everyone in Britain

You say you don't have any hobbies at the moment, but is there anything new you'd like to try to distract yourself? If you're into arts and crafts there's quite a few things you could do lying down if that's the most comfortable position for you. Even low effort things like colouring or puzzle books can be a distraction. But I know that's not everyone's cup of tea!
