Underlying Entitlement

Hi I’m Jaycee. My wife claims Attendance allowance but I cannot claim carers allowance as I am 75 (too old). I don’t know where/how to claim underlying Entitlement (which AgeUK told me I could). Any ideas

    To get underlying entitlement, you’ll need to apply for Carer’s Allowance first. You can do this online or contacting the Carer's Allowance Unit😊
