Review
I had a phone call last week thinking it was a review but it wasn’t, apparently someone has rang uc anonymously and said I have a cash in hand cleaning job which is absolutely bull as I am severely disabled, then I had a message in my uc journal with 55 account numbers with the last 4 digits saying they were mine and I have to send in bank statements for all 55 accounts by the end of the month or they will be stopping my uc but i only have one account and a savings account which I already supplied bank statements for so where in the hell have they got this information from

Hi @dizzy1703 and a warm welcome to the community
This sounds like a very stressful situation, I'm sorry you're going through this.
It's really strange that they have so many accounts for you. It's worth contacting Universal Credit directly to see what has happened and hopefully you'll get a solid answer from them.0 -
Ugh, benefit bashers officially need to touch grass.
It's shocking this kind of thing still happens in the ruddy 21st Century.

There are plenty claimants on the fiddle, regardless of how innocent this person may be. I would encourage everyone to report suspected benefit cheats, but only if they have good reason to be suspicious.

I wonder if your name is common and causing affiliation to those accounts.
I know a man that was accused of working.. mistaken identity.Ring them and tell them you do not have any undeclared accounts... it seems very extreme.
