Arm useless due to frozen shoulder and fractures

i developed frozen shoulder about 18 months ago. I had just started physio for it then i broke it in multiple places last August. As a result i have lots of fresh titanium there to go with the replacement elbow i got twenty years ago. Sadly I’m the only adult who never liked super hero movies (even as a kid) so i can’t pretend I’m iron man.

I couldn’t do the physio for the one because of the other. My fractures have healed yet i can’t raise my arm any more than i could before the fractures. I have about 20% mobility in it. It killed my dog walking business and made me homeless but all that’s for another post…

i am getting physical therapy for it. Has anyone had a similar “perfect storm” before? If so did all the manhandling work? Will i get some degree of movement back? Future looks a bit scary
