in Universal Credit (UC)

Hi I received a message saying been awarded LWRCA as of 16 th July . My first sick line was 19 january. That's been over week and never heard if I'm getting backdated money.

    Welcome to the community @AllyRuss66. There's a 3 month waiting period for LCWRA payments, but you may be entitled to some back pay for the other months that you were waiting for your WCA decision.     Back pay can come through at a separate time to your other LCWRA/UC payments. It can be a few weeks after your decision date, but some people find it comes quicker than that.

    If you're confused about it, you could try popping a message on your journal to see if they can give you some answers about what you might be entitled to ☺️
