LCWRA - booked in for second phone interview
I had a LCWRA assessment by phone on Friday 17th July, it lasted just over two hours and was absolute draining. I then missed an unscheduled call from Serco yesterday, managed to call them back this morning after a few failed attempts and they say I now have a second interview booked for the 5th Aug. Is this something that happens often, having a second interview 2.5 weeks after the first?
Very stressed out with the completely unknow timelines of the process and lack of communication.

Hi @KindaSurviving, this isn't the typical process but it does happen. Particularly if they have audited your original assessment or feel they didn't get enough information.
It may not come in time but you could ask for a copy of the original assessors report as it may give you some idea as to what other information they are looking for.
