PIP review
hi
i Had my pip review last week it was a 10 minute call just to clarify some things, the next day I received a txt from dwp saying they received the health professionals report and it could take up to six weeks, you will continue to receive pip until a decision is made
today I received a txt from dwp saying my review is complete and I’ll receive the decision letter in 2 weeks, not to call as staff won’t know the decision
I rang anyway just to hear the automated payment announcement and it said my next payment is next week which is correct, but it says the amount is £460, I currently get £428 standard for both, and I can’t work out why it’s £460 unless they’ve stopped my pip but the automatic payment thing hasn’t been updated?
Has anyone had similar?
Thanks

Hello @apples, unfortunately the automated payment line isn't always reliable or accurate. Have you tried looking at the 'proof of benefits' online? Usually you can see your newest award updated on there.

Thanks @Carl_Scope
Unfortunately I can’t sign up to the gov one, I’ve tried many times but it fails to verify me

Ah that's a shame @apples. I hope you hear from them soon so you can know for sure.

Turns out the pip payment announcement thing was right in my case, I received £460.49 today, no letter yet so unsure why it’s this amount
