Contact uc ASAP. Then go from there . Also put a note on journal the problem.
Once you contacted uc you can work with information from there . You need more clarification first.
Hopefully they'll corect it soon. Good luck, I hope it gets sorted soon

I'd ring Universal Credit @Jane315STARX to find out exactly what has happened, this sounds really stressful. Hopefully they'll be able to provide you with some answers.

I cant face calling them because they actually make me feel worse when I speak to them and really stress me out.I have left a message on the journal but none of it makes any sense.I absolutely Hate this system of UC there has not been a week off from stress with this

@Jane315STARX, I've had this before and had the same panic!
It was totally fine for me, the outcome explained to me was that UC cannot make a payment to landlords or council housing without also making a payment to the claimant, so when underpayments or back payments are due to the landlord, they make a notional 1p payment to the claimant so they are able to process a payment to the landlord.
If you look at your old UC statements they should now show the amount they should have paid originally. I hope that helps ease your mind a little xx

I contacted them about this and they finally explained exactly what you just said X but they still haven't paid the money owing to the landlord

That's really good to know @Anhedonia2, thanks for sharing.
Did they say when they will be making the payment to your landlord @Jane315STARX? Is your landlord being understanding of the situation? I hope they understand it's not your fault.
