UC have asked about my accessibility needs! Does this mean they want to interview me?

    No, they randomly ask that kind of thing from time to time for some people.

    It's not an interview, they're just checking how to support you with communication, appointments, and managing your claim etc😊

    They are just looking after your welfare and wellbeing. They want to know how they can better assist you in appointments or on the telephone so as it makes things less stressful and comfortable for you
