Right now I feel like a joke. My mind is constantly playing doubt. I've gotten to the stage where I hate going out even to work but it's never enough. I'm even afraid that my family is ashamed of me. They've always talked down to me. That's probably where my self doubt comes from. Even at work I don't trust my employer even though I can't control it.

    I'm so sorry you're feeling this way @putter218. How long have you been feeling like this? It must be incredibly difficult for you. Do you have any mental health support at the moment?

    A week but it comes and goes. I've submitted to go to talking therapy.

    But I'm also scared to leave my job incase it goes wrong.

    That's good that you're going to go to talking therapy. Have you done anything like that before?

    I can understand that. It's very difficult when you're constantly worrying about what other people are thinking. Do you have a support network outside of your family?
