Hi I am a carer and uc sent my daughter one I care for in her journal a message relating to help or surport relating training or getting back to work.

Due tobit being voluntary, chose ignore message , they never mention they would ring her...

Today dwp rang her phone she gave to Me and the dwp person said she was ringing up to see how she doing a welfare check??? I not cotton on..the started to say would many in future like any advice on training or getting in to work? I replied her condition prevents this and she vunrable and you notveven informed her your ringing her ? I said why have you rang being it states involuntary meaning do not need to respond, but you still call? I said I sure if my daughter in the near future needs any advice from you, we will call you..thevperson said okay but thank you for answering the phone???..I feel this is wrong of them to ring out the blue and pretend itvis avwalfare check , but reallybit was relating to the journal voluntary message?
