Help about free NHS perceptions

hi all I was just enquiring I received letter from business services authority and they are claiming that between the 10th April to the 5th may 2026 that they wasnt able to confirm if I was entitled to free nhs prescriptions

I’m very confused as Ive always been entitled and nothing has changed in my circumstances

Any help would be appreciated

What is the reason you are exempt?

If it's a means tested benefit then just send them proof of your benefit to confirm you are entitled to free prescriptions.
