Hi everyone
My name is Shaan, ive been a wheelchair user for around a year. I have heds, CFS/ ME as well as POTS and I have a few other things.
I was hoping to find like minded people and be able to hopefully learn better techniques with my wheelchair especially when ill be getting an active one soon

Hi @shaan200 and a warm welcome to the community from me!
Thank you for telling us a little bit about yourself. Do you have any hobbies? What sorts of things are you interested in?
It's lovely to have you here and I look forward to seeing you around the community😊0 -
Thank you everyone for the warm welcome.
I do struggle on the hobby front, but I do like to game but also occasionally bake, sadly my actual ability to bake is heavily restricted these days so its normally me observing my partner and shouting out things to help. I am trying to get more hobbies but need to get my adapted car first (pending DVLA giving the all clear) and my new active chair.

r.e. baking, I don't know if it helps but I always find the cheapest lightest plastic mixing bowls the best. They make it much easier and you can use them in your lap too. The ceramic ones look nice on a kitchen counter but they're not overly ergonomic!
