Im in the assessment stage with Capita

Hello all. Im in the assessment stage with Capita. Im a wheelchair user with a full care package i require assistance with everything. Im hoping they might just do a paper assessment, and its sent on xirectly to DWP without an assessment call. Is this unrealistic?
