How many times have you been to one of these stations and been told it’s broken?

I thought this might not have been true. Plus, I don’t know whether I’ve been mislead or lied to. As so often these toilets seem to be broken. Not sure if she realised I was visually impaired. As she suggested going to a Lidl on the opposite side and through a large car park.

There is something not right here. Maybe the toilet is also being used for storage.- I don’t know. I got the message twice.

    We don't really have Shell petrol stations near me so I haven't experienced this. I wonder if they experience a lot of issues with letting the public use the toilet so they just keep it closed?

    The disabled toilets were locked at a city railway station last week, I couldn't find anyone to open it in time.

    We have a strange situation, certainly in Scotland, where apparently the public never need to use a WC when travelling. The toilet on the train was out of order too.
