Hi its me again.

I had my phone assessment on 10 august and dwp recieved my report on 11 august and I requested it on same day and recieved it today.

Can someone help me that how does this works.

Washing and bathing ; e

Managing toilet needs or incontinence; b

Dressing and undressing ; d

Moving around ; e
