in Start here and say hello!

Hello everyone, its nice to meet you.

I dont really know what to say. I'm nearly 9 months out from my Acute Compartment Syndrome injury. Im on my own and I have no people in my life that were present before this. I dont know who I am, I dont know what, I am. I also have myofacial pain syndrome in my back. None of this was happening a year ago.

    Welcome @witchoftheflies, lovely to have you join us. It sounds like you've been through some really difficult times over the past few months. Have you had any help processing what happened to you? For example, any counselling or mental health support?
