I have an assessment tomorrow I was looking for advice

hello, hope you are doing ok. I had a car accident 30 years ago and broke my neck. I had surgery to fix it and worked until last year albeit with a lot of pain and mobility issues. Those issues became too much and I had to stop working. Currently trying to get higher mobility pip. As I have an assessment tomorrow I was looking for advice and that led me here. hope some of you have good advice. looking forward to chatting about this and anything else in the future. cheers
