Hi

Just asking where I stand mt mobility scheme rang me to say a named.driver on my car has been pulled over and.road.side drug test which was positive so now they are closing my lease and are coming to.recover the car which do not understand as car.driverable which I will charged.for also i can.not.go back on mobility scheme for 4years and I was in middle sending car back to get mobility scooter as my carer .no longer wanted use car now I know why why am I being punished because of her plus I probably lose my good condition as well fumming under statement

I'm really sorry this has happened, this doesn't sound fair at all!

This is not something I am familiar with I am afraid but it may be worth contacting Motability Scheme customer service directly if you haven't already and explain the situation to them.

I'm wondering if it may be possible to appeal the decision especially as you were in the middle of getting a scooter instead.

The wheelchair and scooter division of Motability is a separate entity, or so I was told when I returned my car, in favour of a powerchair. Maybe this won't affect your ability to lease a scooter? You would have to call and ask.

That is unfair. You can not prevent the named driver from using. Hopefully, you can get a scooter.

It's a shame that you don't have the money or anywhere to store it. If you were able to afford a car someday at least there shouldn't be a problem with where to keep it as I take it there is a car park at your building?
