Housing Advice
Hello, I hope everyone is doing well in this beautiful warm summer. I ask for your advice, as I have done in many cases, because you were always the one who immediately told me what to do. The problem is that the housing advice officer who is dealing with my case told me (he wrote in a letter, I am deaf) that he has delayed my case for a year and a half, so I can't be upset and say anything. But I am not like that and I owe part of my illness to this man, because my body can no longer handle the huge stress I live in every day. There was an argument between us because I filed a complaint, and my life has been hell since then. He shows me some papers (which I don't know where he got them from) a medical summary. There is no doctor's name, it is not signed, it is three pages long, vaccine appointments, COPD, gallbladder surgery, medication. But my diagnosis in this form is not true and my disability is hiding it. Referring to this, he rejects my request for help, took me off the municipal housing list, I already received the letter to go look at a private apartment and in the letter he threatens me many times that I cannot say no to the apartment, because then I will lose all the help. When I asked why I don't see my condition deteriorating in the registration, he replied "because it is not mentioned in the medical paper he has (yes, I saw it too, vaccine dates are written on 3 pages) but this paper does not show my current condition (I have this year's clinical examinations). So the lady (diplomatically) is not telling the truth, it is not possible to know where she got the doctor's summary she prefers, which is not complete, because I filed a complaint about it, which is impossible. According to her bosses, everything is fine, according to the member of parliament, Vanessa promised that she will behave properly now. What can I do, who can I turn to for help, because I will end up on the street like this, thank you for your help Esther
