in Universal Credit (UC)

Trying find out about uc and keeping medical side of uc open before being taken of it because of inheritance

    Universal Credit is fully means tested, so if your inheritance puts you over the capital limit of £16k then you wouldn't be entitled to any Universal Credit. Keeping an individual element open isn't possible.
