Lindsay Clancy case
Like many others across the world, ive been watching the Lindsay Clancy case recently. There are so many thing that are relative to many of us with in that we have had appalling care/treatment within the mental health service and also within and surrounding postnatal depression. It also appears quite evident that many people on mass have concluded that Lindsay ( the defendant in this case). Is actually a victim of some kind of control from her former husband Patrick.I must say that her representation is absolutely outstanding. He is one of the best ive Ever seen and is not only doing a great job of demonstrating the clear facts of how they were at that time. But also pointing out very odd inconsistencies in the husbands story. The observers can use their own common sense to see this all unfold and hopefully make the correct and right decision. But its very obvious that this poor woman has been through a lot and once again was let down by numerous so called professionals who had they done what they were supposed to do.Perhaps none of this may have happened.
