Hi everyone,

I hope everyone is well.

I'm Rach, I'm 21 and live in Scotland. I have mental health problems and suffering from physical health issues. I've lost most friends over the years, especially with the decline in my health. Always happy to chat and receive any help or advice. Thank you for having me <3

    Hiya, Rach - nice to meet you here. Yup, losing family and friends, I wish it was otherwise, but being ill does have that impact. It is more about them than you, but gosh it really hurts, doesn't it?

    Good thing you found this forum where we can talk about these things, but also hobbies, pets, daily life. I hope you're doing okay today :)
