This is the best place to be
I have had so many bad life experiences and the latest being served a repossession order on my home of over 40 years.I am.completely stressed to the max.Had a breakdown yesterday at the gp.who I must say were helpful. Then crisis team called and were good.Nobody can believe what has actually happened and the way it has happened and the man from the crisis team was so angry on my behalf he asked for the telephone number of the landlord so he could speak with them directly.but I was terrified yesterday that they would use that against me in some way.And today im wondering what is coming next.We all feel that home is our peace and our place we feel safe.I have always had that but now I feel even that has been taken from me.It in effect hasn't because For the moment I think Ive sorted the practical problem. But mentally I cannot get over being served these papers, how ive been treated and managed and my anxiety and loss of reality at times is dangerous. So I find myself here on the scope forum again where I feel so comfortable and ease and because to a point im anonymous I feel safe to be open and so insecure.I am pretty shocked looking over at all of the years and years of unbelievable situations and circumstances ive managed to get through. And what terrifies me is that statistically surely 1 person wouldn't go through All of things in a life time.So I can only wonder what else I have to come and I cannot do it.This really was the last thing.I also believe that very few mental health professionals ( that ive come across) are capable or equipped to deal in the language of long term severe trauma and what to say.For example today someone told me "you need to get a thicker skin",it helps fight and be strong against situations.I wont go on because this platform will run out of pages for everyone else. But I do so appreciate having this space to just be

You've been dealing with so much @Jane315STARX, it's no wonder you broke down at the GP after this latest situation. I'm really pleased to hear they listened to you and found you some help. Are you managing to get any rest in at all?
We're always here if you need to talk about what's going on. I really hope there are some better days ahead for you 💜
