Wanted most definitely alive, a legal eagle or whole university department ?
After having studied the Equality Act since Royal Assent, I find that the Retail Universe and Local Authorities are making many, many errors, at least in my humble opinion and understanding. I seek a partner, or even partners in crime, so to speak, to draft up class action lawsuits against a select few, to start the wheelchairs rolling across society, so to speak, and maybe even end up at the Hague- that's, of course, if we do not end up stuck in a Machiavellian train station or airport lounge, of course.

This sounds like a great idea @CinderellaDisability! I hope you can find some people to join forces with!
What kind of issues do you want to tackle?
The Sociability app run social days where disabled people check out venues for accessibility and report back. I wonder if that might be a good place to meet up with people who might share similar goals: Sociability Community | Supporting Disabled People
You could perhaps contact Disability Law Service for some advice: Home | Disability Law Service
And there's Disability Rights UK who might be able to help too: Home Page | Disability Rights UK
