    Welcome to the community @poppy59. What are you trying to upload a photo for?

    If UC have asked you to upload a picture, there's often a page on your to-do list with a place to upload whatever it is they've requested.

    But if there isn't anything like that on your journal, you could try popping a message on there to ask them where they'd like you to send it ☺️

    I was told I could upload docs via reporting change of circumstances or via my journal, however there was no option available to do this. I have made a record on my journal in any case

    Hi,

    When you made the change of circumstances, that should have created a 'To Do' on your to do list. That's where the upload function is and it will tell you exactly which documents you need to provide.
