Services don't call

So today I was supposed to have a priority call back which was arranged by Child Social services because of the situation im in.But of course they haven't called!.Ive realised too that this long email I sent yesterday about my repossession to the landlord didn't send and there is no address to send it to.Ive spent hours searching online and on A.I search engines.So ive reached that point.I Give up
