Payment date

If I'm due to get paid today Wednesday 2nd sep but the dwp had to recall my payment from going into old bank account on Friday afternoon and the following Monday was a bank holiday will I still get my payment on the Wednesday 2nd of September?? Please can someone help me

    Hi,

    As this is an unusual situation, no-one here can say whether you'll get the payment today or not. All you can do for now is keep checking.

    It would depend if they've actioned it as a faster payment or issued it the usual way. That's a question only they could answer I'm afraid @tomh85.
