Help third party authorization

My housing association have sent me a third party authorisation to sign what do I do? I cant get in contact with anyone legal.shelter or citizen advice are just not therevatball

    Your landlord wants your agreement to contact UC to find out why this happened and to prevent it happening again, probably with an Alternative Payment Arrangement (APA) in place.

    They do not want to evict you; that is always a last resort.

    I know how frightening this is because it happened to me. Shelter helped me at very short notice.

    Are they asking you to find a third party to deal with your tenancy on your behalf?

    They are not doing anything and blaming me i need help I cant do it.I cant get in tonwebchat

    It sounds like the HA are asking you to give them permission to see into your UC entitlement, and they can then hopefully get to the bottom of the matter.

    They have over £3000 now in credit and its have no money

    I need help please can Anyone give me a number to call of someone who can help?? I need someone who can talk to sort this out.inwent on to citizen chat and they couldn't help and suggested I nake in person appointment but its not open till Friday abd thats going to be too late
