im 18 and no one will ever love me romantically… when i was 17 i used a personality app which was basically like a dating app but allowed for minors. i have no idea why this app still exists. and as a woman i mostly met men… the men were 15-18 at the time and the majority of them were immature. i met one guy who seemed normal and i found out that he has the diagnosis of psychosis too. the rest of these guys that i met were just lustful. at 17, i also had my first love. i think the reason as to why i fell in love is because he was the first male person who understood me. he ended up friendzoning me. i was heartbroken. now im scared to get close to anyone. because i know deep down that no one will ever love me romantically.

Sorry to hear you had a difficult time with your first love @toffuna101. It can be so hard to recover from a heartbreak. And if you've had some bad experiences in the past it can make it even more scary to put yourself out there again. But you don't have to rush into anything at all if you don't feel ready.
