Med 3 Fit note not being accepted by the system

My surgeon gave me a hand written fit note - a valid Med 3 form
The system refused the upload because it didn't have the printed qr code but that's because it was hand written.
I then spent an hour on hold to speak to an agent, I explained the situation and she said she would send me a link so I could send it.
Well Guess What - Same bloody link that I couldn't use earlier. What a waste of time!
I've got HMRC not updating my NI record and now DWP not accepting a Fit Note.
I'm really too exhausted to be dealing with this - Why does it have to be so hard!
