Hello, just wanted to say hello and sorry for the long break from using the forum, I have been having problems with my mental health and have been put on medication. I also had a fairly bad fall earlier in the year and had to have an injection in my upper thigh/hip 😕. I am doing a lot better than I was. How is everyone doing? 😀

    Sorry to hear you have been having problems with your mental health, have you been able to access support for it?

    Ouch! That fall sounds nasty, have you recovered okay?

    Morning, thank you all for the kind words. I do counselling that has been really helpful and make sure I spend time in nature too. My hip is doing a lot better. It does give me pain from time to time; to help, I see an Osteopath 😊

    Yes, I don't live too far from Richmond Park and Bushy Park (Both are Royal Parks in Surrey) 😊

    I've never visited Richmond Park, but I've heard really good things. I'm in London and not too far away, so I really ought to make the trip one day! Think it would be gorgeous in Autumn with all the colours.

    @Rosie_Scope Thank you 😊. Yes, I see the deer pretty often. Isabella Plantation in Richmond Park is amazing in Autumn. You should definitely visit 🤗
