PIP Mandatory reconsider
hi guys currently in a process of a MR I’m already in receipt of enhanced daily living but after failed brain surgery and resulting in other health conditions I done a change of circumstances in which I got rejected for the mobility component still scoring 0 points I lodged a MR on 28th July and today received a phone call going over the questions again and confirming the name of my bank and all the other security questions. Then told someone’s is currently finalizing the decision and this will be made within 1-2 days and decision letter will take up to 10 days then to get to me. My anxiety and stress levels are through the roof. Does this sound positive?
thanks,

That is a standard set of questions, not indicative of any particular outcome.
There is an online proof of benefit service you could check every so often, while you wait for the letter to arrive.

is the 1-2 day decision also a standard thing to say also? Sorry first time going through this and I turned to google straight away🤦♀️

Yes that's pretty standard. Once it lands on someone's desk it is usually very quick to process.
