3 year old with cerebral palsy- need local help

Hi all,
I have a daughter who has just turned 3, when she was 8months old she was diagnosed with mild cerebral palsy that affects her right hand side.She has to where splints on both legs and one on her right hand,She has had to have botox in right leg as the tightness just got to much and since she was diagnosed she has been getting physco 2 times a week and seeing the specialists every 6months.
At the moment i live in belgium but in the next few weeks am hoping to return to the UK and will live in Coventry i am just wondering if anyone could help with any advice on what sort of help there is and where i go any help would be great
