I have a motability car which my husband drives he has now left me he has asked to keep the car as he will still take me to my hospital appointments etc i,m thinking of handing it back so my DLA may increase but he wants to keep the car for his own use i feel i,m being held to ransom, financially i am struggling i,m also scared i don,t know what help is out there for me i don,t know what to do

If your husband intends to use the car for journeys other than those not directly involved with your needs if is probably a breach of your motability contract and may possibly result in them taking legal action.
