Hi as anyone had experience with grinding teeth, from what I've heard its to do with the tone? My son stopped it for months now he is consistently grinding his teeth?

Hi there. My son has started to do this too and I mentioned it to the dentist and he said it was quite common. Its a combination of tone and sensory stimulation but a terrible habit. We try and stop him from doing it by getting him to relax or giving him something to bite like a toothbrush.
