Feel great and it's only 8.30. The reason why? I woke up early and took the dog for a walk on my own for the first time in almost a year. Cant begin to tell how good it feels, am wheeling around grinning like a kid at Christmas.

    Doing the things that others take for granted can make you feel like a million bucks (or have you grinning like a child on Christmas) I am so glad that you are able to get up and do what you have clearly (at least assuming here) wanted to do so very long. CONGRATS!
