CP support groups

Hi all,
as you all know I have recently been diagnosed with CP, lately I've been trying to find a support group for people around my age who have CP and act like a club for social events and get together. I would be really grateful if anyone could tell me about any social support groups like that in Nottingham(where I live) or even Nottinghamshire.
I really look forward to hearing your suggestions!
