I'm the mum of beautiful twin girls who were born at 28weeks. They are now 5 years old. One of the girls had a lot of breathing difficulties when she was born and has now developed a condition in which only one kidney functions. Despite this she is doing well physically. My other daughter has had a very recent diagnosis go right side hemiplegia Cp

Hi Char7186,
Welcome to the community. Did you know we have regional workers covering England and Wales who can provide some more information and support to families with new diagnoses? If you would be interested in learning more about this drop us a line here at the helpline and we'll see if we have cover in your area.
Many thanks
