I feel that I am being discriminated against because of my disability
-
In what way do you feel discriminated against?
Is it work related or socially? -
I feel that it is work related I have interviews and then that's it I don't get the job or when I have phone inerveiws they decide they don't want me after all
-
There is a scheme that helps disabled people with this, it's the guaranteed interview scheme and where a job is advertised you will see a symbol with two ticks.
You must meet the minimum requirements for the position and inform them that you want to apply using the scheme. You can download a form to go with your application form from the jobcentre plus site.
