PIP and DLA

I have been refused PIP as apparently I'm not disabled ! (have a 90% hearing loss since birth). Just wondered if there are any other hearing impaired people on this website to exchange experiences etc. I also have a daughter currently receiving DLA but I'm worried about when she has to change to PIP and that she will lose it.
