hi my daughter is seeing a child psychologist in school as she has learning disabiltys i have meeting all the time she is on the the waiting list for a pediatrician but a ed report got sent out about my daughter to a diff address it got sent to kent and i live in wales it had all my daughters info on it my phone number lucky enuff the lady it got sent to got in-contact with me to tell me but iv been in touch with the school and it has not been sent out by them, the ed psychologist is saying the same thing but its come from somewhere if this happened to u what would u do would u take it further .
