hi i been waiting 2years now for a essesment on esa,and i just been awarded pip, will i still have to have a assesment on esa, thankyou

Hi Beverly
Whilst I am no benefit expert , the PIP award has nothing to do with the ESA, as this is award to help you and is not income based, so you can work whilst getting PIP. ESA is and allowance for you being unable to work. So effectively you can have both. So yes you could still have an assessment.
hope this helps
