DLA to PIP postponed?

Just heard the transfer from #dla to #pip has been postponed except #wales and the #southmidlands - anyone else heard this? #dwp

    I've checked the official channels and this could be an old news story from back in 2013 when PIP first started coming in. I've not been able to find anything else which suggests otherwise.

    PIP has fully rolled out now and all existing DLA claimants will be contacted and invited to claim PIP by September/October 2017.
