I'm a Dad. I have one child, her name is Hollie and she just happens to have Downs Syndrome. Thought I would have a look at scope to see if there is anything I can find out or if people need to know anything from me from our adventures.

Hi Lee, welcome to the community.
How old is your daughter?
We'd love to hear more about your adventures!
There are a few parents recently who have spoken about children with Downs Syndrome who might like to say hello - @Katymary321 @onyee @Shropkatie
We've also had a couple of interesting guest posts you might be interested in:I have a confession to make... (from a Dad)Portrayal and perception of disabilityhttps://community.scope.org.uk/discussion/29687/portrayal-and-perception-of-disability
Great to have you here!

Thanks Alex,
Hollies 2 years and 4 months.
We have had a fair few adventures. Starting with. 5 week stay in NICU as Hollies had breathing difficulties, a couple of holes in her heart and Hollies point blank refusal to feed!
So we've had plenty of appointments to keep us busy and Hollie makes us extra busy just being Hollie.
thanks for the tips on people to look up and the links to the posts. I will have a look.
Thanks again
Lee
