My disabled son

I have a disabiled son !! He had a kidney transplant in 2006 suffers with anxiety and where just filling forms of autistic spectrum he's just gone 16 so he's got a lot of changes this year which will be hard for him !!

Been to cahms got a form to go through form fir Aspergers disorder scale0

We know our son is different from our other grown up kids it's just finding out what it is so we can understand more0
